Meet Rich Beasley

InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector and Owner of UP Home Inspection, LLC

UP Home Inspection LLC is owned and operated by Certified Home Inspector Rich Beasley. With more than 15 years of experience in home construction and maintenance, Rich brings a lot to the table.

Rich’s father, a master carpenter, taught him home construction from the ground up with the UP in mind. Upper Peninsula winters take their toll on homes, requiring special care in fortifying their construction as well as foresight in maintenance. Rich has witnessed these needs first hand and utilizes this knowledge during home inspections today.

Rich also has many years of experience in the excavation, septic system installation, water well drilling, and pest control industries. Combined with his MBA and multiple degrees in the environmental sciences, Rich has a unique skill set and innovative mindset that allows him to quickly assess how functionally sound a home is, confirm that it is a healthy environment for your family to live in, and help you understand exactly how best to approach the situation.

Rich is certified as a home inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  He holds over a dozen specialty certifications, including Mold Inspector, Radon Tester, Water Quality Tester, Indoor Air Consultant, and many more.
